Jiulihe River is located in Wuxi. The Jiulihe River and its main tributaries (Tongqiao Port and Dongting Port), the northern distributary channel Shuangjing River (Nanqiao Port), and the central distributary channel Furongtang have been comprehensively rectified. The total length of the rectification is about 29.78 kilometer. Among them, the total length of the inner water channel remediation is about 16.07 kilometers, and that of the water channel renovation outside the large encirclement is about 13.71 kilometers. The water quality has reached the Class I standard. Plants are also flourish on both sides, which make it an important water scenery and attractive to tourists. As a free landscape belt, it is available for all tourists to play, relax, and exercise.
