In order to quickly restore the city's economic and social order, further optimize the precise epidemic prevention and control measures, facilitate the travel of the masses, and better protect the health and safety of the general public, during the city's epidemic prevention and control period, starting from February 21, the city's Enable "Wuxi Heath QR Code". The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Application area. “Wuxi Health QR Code" is mainly used for verification of travel in and out of residential areas (villages), crowded public places and public transportation within the city, epidemiological investigations after the outbreak, and self-help health declarations for people in home or centralized isolation . The city's permanent residents and foreigners should apply for it according to their travel needs. Those who come to tin within 14 days are advised to apply for it on their own initiative.

2. How to apply. Log in the WeChat public account of “Wuxi Public Security Micro-Police” - “Wuxi Health QR Code Application”. If you fill in the relevant information truthfully, then the system will automatically generate a personal “Wuxi Health QR Code”, which can be saved in your mobile phone (or printed as paper code). If the code is “green”, you can scan the code to move in Wuxi. If the code is “red”, you need to be quarantined at home or centralized quarantine sit. During the period, you should perform self-service health declarations every day. The code will turn “green” if you can be released from quarantine.

Inspectors in communities (village), crowded public places and public transport vehicles can download the “Wuxi Health QR Code" Inspection APP, complete the registration and login, and then scan the “Wuxi Health QR Code” for inspection.

3. How to use. When entering a residential area (village), the residents of the area (including renters) should “take temperature measurement + scan code”. As for external personnel such as visitors, they should “take temperature measurement + scan code + register” for entrance, and “scan code” for exit.

Before entering school hospitals, airport stations, shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers markets, tourist attractions, hotels, financial outlets, and other crowded public places where gatherings may occur, “temperature measurement + scan code” should be implemented for entrance, and “code scanning” for exit;

"Temperature measurement + code scanning" are implemented on public transportation such as buses, subways, tourism, and medium- and long-distance passenger transport, and code-scanning is implemented for taxis and online car-hailing;

Persons holding paper “Wuxi Health QR Code" must also carry a valid ID card for reference;

People without codes and people with red codes are not allowed to enter the community (village), crowded public places, or take public transportation.

4. The applicant can fill in the application information by himself or by others. In the community (village) and crowded public places, a special person should be arranged at the entrance and exit to guide and assist those who have no operating conditions to register and apply.

The applicant must truthfully fill in the relevant information. Those who conceal and falsely report and cause the spread of the epidemic will be dealt with in accordance with the law and included in the personal credit information system.

All personal information of “Jiangsu Health QR Code” will be protected by law , for epidemic prevention and control only, and kept strictly confidential.

5. All cities (counties), districts and relevant departments are responsible for guiding and urging managers or operators of the district or industry community (village), crowded public places, and public transport to quickly and strictly implement the inspection measures for scanning codes. Enterprises and institutions may refer to the implementation as appropriate.

Cities (counties), districts, departments, and industries should not add additional content, and the prevention and control measures that have been implemented but violate the spirit of this notice will be canceled. If there is any inconsistency between the previous relevant provisions and this notice, this notice shall prevail.
