2、Those who are in charge of enterprises, shopping malls, supermarkets, construction sites, and other market entities are the persons directly responsible for the epidemic prevention and control. They should follow the requirement of “people who employ must be responsible for personnel management and duty fulfillment”.They must strictly implement entity responsibility for epidemic prevention and control.

3、Markets and construction sites should have all the information of people from other cities, making sure that everything is under control. Health code and digital travel records of workers should be carefully checked to eliminate management blind spots.

4、Markets and construction sites must take in charge of their own workers. In aspects of epidemic prevention and control, people in charge should take their responsibilities, take respective measures, and strictly follow principles. If they fail to do so and then cause the spread of Covid-19, they will be investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with laws and regulations.

5、Deeply carry out the “Doorbell Action”. People with travel history to low-risk areas of the cities (or districts of municipalities directly under the central government) having medium- or high-risk areas and cities under administration (or districts of municipalities directly under the central government) with locally transmitted cases are subject to “3+4+7” health monitoring measures. People who come (return) to Wuxi from other cities shall be subject to “3+11” health monitoring measures. These actions are taken to minimize epidemic risks. 6、All drivers and passengers with negative nucleic acid test reports for COVID-19 within 48 hours who come (return) to Wuxi from other cities should not enter Wuxi unless their health QR code and digital travel record are checked. All personnel shall be subject to nucleic acid test immediately after arrival. Markets and destination work units should urge all personnel to report and take nucleic acid test to ensure that all those in need are tested and controlled.

7、People who come (return) to Wuxi from other cities should apply for Jiangsu Health Code, or declare personal information through “Wuxi Entry Declaration System” in advance. Those who refuse to cooperate with the epidemic prevention work and withhold of information or falsely report relevant information will be seriously investigated for legal responsibility.

8、Everyone is responsible for epidemic prevention and control. Every citizen should “take the responsibility of protecting the land, make sure responsibility is taken to protect the land, and ensure everything is done to protect the land”. Public attendance and supervision are welcomed. Also, citizens are encouraged to inform on those markets who fail to strictly carry out epidemic prevention and control measures.
